Johnson, 47, told followers on X: “We are the first generation that won’t die, like actually won’t die, I don’t plan on dying.” He argued that advances in biotechnology and health optimisation could allow humans to radically extend lifespans beyond current limits.

Despite being 47 years old, Johnson claims that his body functions like that of an 18-year old. “My cardiovascular abilities are age 18, my lung capacity is age 18, my telomeres are age 18,” he said. For those unaware, Johnson has invested millions into anti-aging research and personal health experiments which includes strict diets, medical monitoring, and regenerative therapies. Johnson stresses on the fact that prioritising health is essential for longevity. “This is why I say make health your top priority, because the difference between being healthy and non-healthy when you’re thinking is like night and day,” he added. In a post shared on social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter) Johnson wrote, “This is it. The list shared by Johnson stresses on low-cost, everyday habits: sleep well, exercise regularly, eat whole foods, avoid added sugar and also limit risky behaviour such as smoking or texting while driving.Among his top recommendations:* Sleep is “the world’s most powerful drug.”* Stick to a consistent bedtime before midnight.* Avoid screens an hour before bed.* Walk after meals or do air squats.* Lift heavy things and stretch daily.* Drink water, get morning sunlight, and protect skin at midday.* See friends weekly, avoid plastic, and circulate air indoors.* Limit alcohol, finish coffee before noon, and keep social media use in check.
