MORNING

The 3-2-1 method can absolutely fix your chaotic mornings. And the best part? It is as simple as it sounds. This one morning practice will help you keep your day organised and avoid getting caught in that chaos. Now, how do you practise this? Think of it as a strategy to organise your priorities. Pick 3 work priorities, 2 health priorities, and 1 fun priority. Every single day. That’s it!You don’t need an app or a colour-coded spreadsheet. Pick the top six activities that you planned the day before and follow them in this exact order.Take work priorities, for example:

  1. Meeting with your manager
  2. Client calls
  3. Research the market

Next come the health priorities.

Depending on what you are focusing on, curate your list. Remember, just 2 things. For instance, if you are trying to eat healthily, it could be:

  1. Eat 40 g of protein
  2. 30 minutes of resistance training

Now the fun activity. You get to do one in the morning. It could be FaceTime with your girlfriend or simply spending some time in your garden.
