Supreme Court happy with progress in talks in Sunjay Kapur case
The mediator informed that the parties have agreed to hold further discussions among themselves under his supervision

NEW DELHI: After a bitter courtroom battle over the division of the late industrialist Sunjay Kapur’s assets, his family members are now cooperating in a Supreme Court-directed mediation process to arrive at an amicable settlement.
