Sharvari has had a whirlwind couple of weeks. She was recently spotted with Alia Bhatt on the opening episode of India’s Got Latent Season 2, which was a much-hyped comeback for the show after its earlier controversy. The appearance quickly became one of the season’s most talked-about moments.Their appearance only heightened the buzz as both actors used the platform to build excitement for their upcoming film Alpha. Apart from this, Sharvari also starred in ‘Mai vapas aaunga’, directed by Imtiaz Ali and co-starring Vedang Raina. She recently gave fans a glimpse into her personal space. During her home tour posted on YouTube, she told Brut that her mother, not an interior designer, handled all the interior and decor choices of her abode. Her abode is a shining example of how the Indian antique in minimal can truly light up the space and bring out its beauty. Here are some art inspirations that you can take away from her home

An old-world charm in her living room
Sharvari’s entrance opens into a spacious, dual living area inspired by colonial-era Indian interiors, kept deliberately simple rather than ornate.Neutral walls, cream flooring, and oversized windows let natural light in, giving the whole space a calm, airy quality. The handpicked, beautifully carved antique furniture feels chosen meticulously, over years, rather than picked off a showroom floor in a single afternoon, giving the room sense of warmth.
A traditional Indian antique swing
The suspended swing made of dark wood and metal chains is the main character of her home, reminiscent of the ones found in traditional Gujarati and South Indian homes. It is quite useful for cozy afternoons or laid in book reading session, but more importantly, it’s symbolic as swings in Indian homes have always doubled as gathering spots. Placing one in a contemporary Mumbai apartment instantly makes the space-based identity.

Carved wooden furniture
Rather than filling the room with statement pieces, Sharvari’s home is more about embracing Indian craftsmanship. Carved wooden armchairs with floral and lattice motifs bring texture, while floor-to-ceiling sheer curtains soften the sunlight pouring through the expansive windows. Apart from this, Vintage clocks, framed artwork, antique mirrors, and lantern-style lighting also complete her space.
Memorabilia on the stairway
Perhaps the most personal touch is placed on the staircase that leads the way down from the terrace. Her stairway had a gallery lined with framed dialogues from movies starring Sharvari’s and her family’s favourite actors.
